I welcome you to feast among fellow foodies and friends in an one of a kind atmosphere. The Birds Nest is an underground restaurant, otherwise known as a closed door restaurant or supper club.
My meals are creative, seasonal, fresh and organic when possible.
I focus on west coast cuisine, seafood and fish, local produce. Red meat can be requested.
If you have allergies or an extreme aversion to a certain ingredient I will do my best to accommodate.
The Birds Nest serves brunch, dinners and high tea as well as customized cooking classes and private catered meals.
